While we thought the sauce and cauliflower tasted fine, next time we'd prefer to roast the cauliflower plan and top it with the Irish cheddar afterwards.  We felt the béchamel toned down the cheese flavor, which we wanted to be the star of the dish.

Madelyn Sings Her ABC's

Madelyn enjoys singing her ABC's.  She has come a long way from grouping letters together to saying them more clearly.  Yes, I'll admit she forgets the 'N', but for her age, I think it's just great!
