A Visit with Friends

We have enjoyed a wonderful October thus far. After the wedding, we had good friends come visit us. We've known each other since college, so the fact that four little kids now join the fray makes it quite fun and tiring. :-)


We started off the visit with a trip to a local pumpkin patch and farm. The girls seemed to have fun. We wore the baby girls out so much that they slept on the car ride home. Here are some pics from that adventure:

Back at the house, we enjoyed ourselves equally. The daddy's took the girls to the zoo while the mommy's had a nice lunch. The kids played outside. The parents ate lots of food and stayed up way too late. It was worth it!!

The weather held out and we had two lovely evenings to eat dinner outside on the deck.

Ms. Meredith made play dough and brought it for the girls. We've had lots of fun with it since the visit too.
